  1. Delivery

 

Orders within New Zealand will be delivered freight free. Other Countries Internationally will cost $15 delivery fees. Orders will be dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Following dispatch, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order within New Zealand, 7-15 business days to receive your order Internationally.

 2. Delivery Method

 

We ship online orders to New Zealand addresses using Courier Post courier service. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

 

If you would like your order to be left at your designated delivery address without a recipient's signature you must state this in the delivery instructions when you complete the checkout. Please be aware that deliveries left at an address without a signature are done so solely at the recipients own risk. In this instance, KOIKKI and Courier Post accept no responsibility for any damage or theft of the parcel and its contents.

 

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, wild weather or other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond KOIKKI’s reasonable control.

 

 

 3. Online Return Policy

 

3.1 Refund Policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase within New Zealand. Please contact us at info@koikki.com in order to advise us that you wish to return your goods and advise your order ID number, whether you wish a refund or an exchange, and provide us with your reason for returning the goods.

 

3.2 To Return An Item For A Refund

 

  1. Fill out the returns form enclosed in your order

  2. Re-seal your item(s) in the original courier packaging (if you do not have the original courier packaging, re-package using a suitable alternative)

  3. Ensure the returns form is filled out and is enclosed inside your package

  4. Once your return has been receipted, we will assess its eligibility for a refund based on our refund policy

  5. If eligible, your refund will be processed within 10 working days

  6. If ineligible, we will advise you and then courier your purchase back to you. Please note, we reserve the right to charge the return courier fee. If you are unsure whether or not your order is eligible for a refund, please contact us by email and we will happily assist

  7. An email confirming your refund/return of goods will be sent to you

  8. The cost of returning product to us is the purchaser’s. However, should you choose to exchange your product we will re-ship at our cost.

 

 

 4. International Returns Policy

All returns for international purchases are currently not available.

 

 

 5. Cancellation Rights

Where you have purchased the goods as a consumer, please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 24 hours from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

 

 

 6. Reselling

You may not sell or resell any of the products you purchase from us, unless you have been approved as a Stockist.
